Hello, my name is Ashley Weise, I am the Kindergarten and 1st grade RTI teacher at Brookeland Elementary. This will be my 5th year teaching RTI for K & 1st. Fun facts: I love the color red, gardenias,working with my hands creating art, and doing my best for the people around me. We will be sending our Week At a Glance (WAG) via through Class Dojo and in Binders.
My class includes instruction & spiraling back through reading, math and writing using manipulatives. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year with your child!
Dear parents/guardians,
If your child is absent, they will need to turn in their work no later than 3 days after being absent.
If your child is doing makeup work or redoing a test, they have to turn it in no later than 3 days after they had the option to makeup/redo the work; and they can make no higher than a 70. We will send home a note for your child to make corrections in the morning (7:30-7:55) on their work/test and how long they have to come in and do so; or the grade will remain the same. The last bell to let students out will be 3:25, if your child is picked up before 3:00 they will be counted absent for the classes they miss.
